With the completion of the construction works, Nohoho Residence reached an important milestone.
Over the coming weeks, we will focus on completing the interior and preparing the residence for operation. This includes finalizing the living space as well as obtaining the necessary permissions from the authorities. We are aiming to be ready to welcome guests in line with the original schedule toward the end of June.
Nohoho Residence has been designed as a fully private, modern accommodation for those who wish to experience Ishigaki in a more personal and independent way. While we aim to offer a high-quality stay, as a single stand-alone villa it offers a more authentic alternative to larger resorts—one that emphasizes privacy, simplicity, and a closer connection to the surrounding environment. Set in the nature-rich north of the island, it offers a space to live rather than simply stay—where guests can settle into the natural rhythm of their surroundings, whether for rest, exploration, or a more flexible way of working.
In parallel, work on the garden will continue as an ongoing project. Plants, trees, and herbs will be introduced step by step, allowing the outdoor space to gradually grow into its full character over time.
